Payment:

ProtozoaHost affiliates receive a one-time referral fee for every hosting account they refer to our services. A referral is counted when a unique customer clicks on the affiliate tracking link and completes the signup process within 365 days, remaining active for at least 30 days.

Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of the referral to receive the referral fee. No commission will be given for sales that occurred before joining the affiliate program.

The affiliate commission is approved after 30 days from the date of the client’s purchase. For example, if a client orders on 10-12-2023, the commission approval date would be 11-01-2023

A bonus of रू 500 will be credited to the affiliate account, and it will be paid to the affiliates once they reach a total commission of रू 5000. The first payout will consist of रू 500 (bonus) + रू 5000 (commissions).

To be eligible for payment, affiliates must earn a minimum of रू 5000 in commissions.

Affiliate commissions will be paid on the 15th of every month.

Affiliates will only be eligible for commissions if they refer new clients. Commissions for existing clients who place orders through affiliates will be declined.

If an existing client renews or purchases any other hosting service, the affiliate will not be eligible for the commission on such orders.

Affiliates will be paid only if the order process is completed successfully. If the client cancels the order, it will be treated as cancelled, and the affiliates will not be eligible for the commission.

Affiliate payments are processed through Bank Transfer and Nepali payment gateways only.

Affiliates are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date payee information in the affiliate system. We are not liable for any lost or stolen payments. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to keep their information current, including postal and email addresses, name, payment details, and any other personal information relevant to payment processing. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the forfeiture of referral fees. Unclaimed or returned referral fees due to invalid or insufficient address information may also be forfeited.

Furthermore, affiliates must ensure that they can accept payments. It is essential to verify that your bank can receive payments from companies based in Nepal.

Affiliates are fully responsible for covering any fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and other related expenses necessary to receive their referral fees.

The commission calculation in the affiliate system includes the total amount, comprising product/service cost, VAT, and payment gateway fees. However, before making the payout, we will deduct the VAT and payment gateway charges from your commission amount.

To monitor the status of their commission, affiliates can easily access their affiliate dashboard by logging into their affiliate account.

Reversals:

Reversals may occur under the following circumstances:

1. If a referral’s hosting account is not active for 30 consecutive days, the referral fees will be reversed.

2. Referral fees for referrals that downgrade their hosting package will be reversed.

3. Referral fees for referrals involved in chargebacks or found to be fraudulent (e.g., false information, fake/stolen credit cards, selling counterfeit goods) will be reversed, regardless of the time since the signup.

4. Referral fees for referrals who cancel their hosting account before you have met the 5000 payout minimum will be reversed.

Advertising Compliance:

As affiliates of ProtozoaHost, you must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure ethical marketing practices:

1. You are not allowed to offer cash back, rewards, or incentives to drive traffic or sales using your affiliate tracking links.

2. Do not use traffic generated by methods like pay-to-click, pay-to-read, banner exchanges, pop-up/under, SPAM, or purchased traffic.

3. Avoid using cookie stuffing techniques that set tracking cookies without the user actually clicking on the referral link.

4. Do not bid on or use trademarked keywords or misspellings for PPC on search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, etc.

5. Avoid using trademarked keywords or misspellings in your domain names.

6. Ensure your tracking code is functioning correctly before sending traffic to ProtozoaHost’s servers. Any link modifications are your responsibility, and tracking errors caused by link editing, masking, redirecting, or tampering will not be eligible for referral fees.

7. Do not use redirected pages or links to direct users to ProtozoaHost’s site.

8. Domain forwarding is prohibited, meaning you cannot purchase a domain and set it to forward directly to our site using your affiliate link.

9. Do not copy our website content or any part of it for display on your own site or subdomain.

10. Refrain from advertising business-opportunity sites or using marketing practices that attract fraudulent or short-term customers.

11. Avoid using trademarked keywords in your page titles.

12. Do not place our banners or text links on websites containing adult or inappropriate content.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure compliance with our advertising policies and maintain a professional approach as an affiliate of ProtozoaHost.

Deactivation:

ProtozoaHost reserves the right to deactivate affiliate accounts at any time without prior warning or notice. Failure to comply with the Affiliate Terms and Advertising Compliance outlined here will result in account deactivation, with referral fees set to 0.

Immediate deactivation will occur in cases of false or misleading advertising, as well as suspected fraudulent activity associated with an affiliate account.

Affiliate accounts generating a significant number of fraudulent accounts will also be subject to deactivation.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from reselling hosting. All clients must provide their own payment method and contact information to be eligible for affiliate referral fees.

If you wish to discontinue your affiliate status, you can simply remove your affiliate links and cease promotion. Please note that your account and personal information will be retained in our system for accounting purposes.

Agreement:

By registering as an affiliate, you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must halt the registration process, discontinue use of the affiliate program, or deactivate your existing account if applicable.

Changes:

Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will apply to all affiliates. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed on the ProtozoaHost website. ProtozoaHost reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, either in part or in full, at its sole discretion. Notice of such changes will be posted on the website, serving as notification to all affiliates. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you have the option to deactivate your account as previously mentioned.
